Who we are
Maintenance Untangled is a joint initiative operated by Johnstone Business Intelligence and Asset Optimisation Maintenance Coaching. We provide maintenance, reliability and leadership resources including podcasts, articles, calculators, audits, checklists, academy content and consulting services through this website.

- Billing information: Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not store complete payment card details on our servers; Stripe handles payment data under its own privacy and security standards.
- Usage data: We may collect anonymised analytics such as pages visited, time on site, and feature usage to help us improve the site.
- Communications: If you contact us, we keep the email address and message content so we can respond.
- Server logs: Our hosting and database providers automatically log technical data such as IP address, browser type and request timestamps for security and reliability.
