Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Maintenance Untangled website, calculators, audits, checklists, worksheets, academy content and other services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who operates the site
Maintenance Untangled is a joint initiative of Johnstone Business Intelligence and Asset Optimisation Maintenance Coaching. References to "we", "us" and "our" refer to these parties collectively.
Accounts and subscriptions
Some tools and content require an account or paid subscription. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe and are subject to the plan and pricing shown at checkout. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your billing page.
Tools are guidance only
The calculators, audits, checklists, worksheets and other tools on this website are provided for guidance and educational purposes only. They are based on industry practice and the experience of Derick Martins and Ricky Johnstone, but every site, asset and operating environment is unique.
Results achieved or observed on other sites may not replicate on your site. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether any recommendation, calculation or output from these tools is appropriate for your specific circumstances.
